Calendar
Press Ctrl+2, or click Calendar on the rail, to see your calendars.
Which accounts have a calendar
- Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 accounts: the first time you open the Calendar, click Connect Outlook calendar. Your browser opens; sign in and allow the app to read and change your calendar. Your events then sync with Outlook.com or Microsoft 365, both ways.
- Exchange and Obsidian accounts: the calendar comes with the account. There's nothing to connect.
- Gmail and other IMAP accounts have no calendar in the app.
The calendars appear in a list on the left. Clear a calendar's box to hide its events. Disconnect stops showing a Microsoft account's calendar here; nothing on the server changes, and connecting again brings it back.

Invitations in your mail
Meeting invitations show a card above the message with Accept, Tentative and Decline. Your answer goes to the organizer and the meeting shows in your calendar. See Reading mail.
Reminders
When an event's reminder comes due, the Reminders window opens on top of your other windows. Use Open to see the event, Dismiss or Dismiss All, or choose a time under Remind me again in (5 minutes to 1 day) and click Snooze.
Reminders come from the app, so it needs to be running (the tray is enough).
